My beautiful cousin got married this past weekend! I don't think I've ever actually been a wedding guest before... I mean I may have been a flower girl once or twice when I was younger.

Also, is this not the best movie ever? If you don't like The Princess Bride you can't be in the club.
Having never really been a wedding guest before I had no idea what to wear, but it was "casual dress" so i just wore what I'd usually wear if I was going somewhere and wanted to look nicer than workout pants and a graphic tee. So before you all tell me how I'm dressed way too risque for a wedding with my deep V-neck romper, I thought I'd make that clarification. Also, it is August and really really hot, and most of the time I was outside. For the record, I'm all about outfits that are comfortable and help instill confidence. If it makes you feel good physically and emotionally, wear it. Don't be afraid to look fabulous, darling.

I realized that I didn't get many up close photos of my necklace, so here's a better picture of it on my instagram.
What are your guys' opinion's on body jewelry? Personally, I've always been drawn to it but never had the courage to rock it-let's be honest, I'm not sure I'm even rocking it now, but for $5 I thought this added a cool accent to my outfit.
The wedding was beautiful and it was fun to visit with family- I even got to spend a little bit of extra time with the bride because she asked me to do her hair for the ceremony. I'm so excited for my cousin and her husband to begin their journey as a married couple!
A lot of my friends and acquaintences are attending weddings right now- what are you wearing to the celebrations of your newlywed friends?
